Please cooperate with the organisers by completing the registration forms sent via email.

If your abstract has been accepted for presentation at the LILERS conference, the Authors’ Guide is available for download below. Please save it to your computer and use the guide when elaborating your manuscript.

Please submit your manuscript and PowerPoint presentation to the Organisers’ contact email by 2 October 2026, if possible. All presentations will be preloaded onto the conference section room computer ahead of the relevant session to save time and promote a smooth, low-stress experience by avoiding last-minute adjustments. If your presentation file is too large to send by email due to large images or other content, let us know at the same email address, and we will provide an alternative method for uploading your file. Please do not incorporate any film or link to internet footage in the PPT. If you plan to demonstrate during your presentation using short video footage, please also upload it to the folder we provided on request.

The organisers would be grateful if you could label your files by mentioning the author’s name and a brief title like:
